World Heart Day 2025

This September 29, World Heart Day, is a new opportunity to reflect on how to best use the heart for the benefit of humanity and nature. Defeating cardiovascular disease is something that concerns all hearts in the world.

This year’s campaign is “Don’t miss a beat“, and the World Heart Federation calls for participation on a public petition to all governments and decision-makers to implement an action plan to defeat heart disease, the world’s biggest killer and responsible for one in five premature deaths. Some estimates suggest an increasing incidence of heart transplants related to complications caused by Chagas Disease in the coming years. On the 25th Anniversary of World Heart Day, Chagas Coalition join the #DontMissABeat campaign, to raise awareness on cardiovascular disease and because we all have the responsibility to take care of each other and the right to protect our hearts.
