World NTDs Day 2025
The sixth annual edition of the World NTD Day will be held on January 30th, 2025. This is a global movement celebrated since 2020, on the anniversary of the 2012 London Declaration on NTDs, which unified partners around the globe to push for greater investment and action to end Neglected Tropical Diseases.
Keep aware of this new edition of the World Neglected Tropical Diseases Day, and help us raise our voices and spread the message.
The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO) published the theme for this year’s edition, “Let’s get communities involved. Neglected diseases first hand”, and a series of initiatives will be celebrated during the weeks to come.
The World Health Organization (WHO) also published its theme for World NTD Day 2025: “Unite. Join the global NTD community and contribute to achieving our collective goal. Act. Foster country commitment, resources, technical guidance, solidarity and coordination. Eliminate. End NTDs by delivering treatment, reducing transmission, managing disability and combating stigma”.
