XIII Reunión SEMTSI

SEMTSI (the Spanish society of tropical medicine and international health) will hold its 13th annual meeting on October 16 and 17, 2025, in Alcalá de Henares (Spain). The event, organized by the clinical microbiology and internal medicine departments of the Hospital Universitario Príncipe de Asturias, will bring together national and international experts to address key topics in the field of tropical medicine and international health.

This year’s edition takes on special relevance in the current context, marked by global threats to healthcare systems, sociopolitical movements opposed to science, and humanitarian crises causing migratory flows that leave millions of people without access to basic health services.
