Atendiendo Chagas Network Conversations Series 2026
Third session: "How do we think about Chagas disease from its clinical manifestations?"
Third session of the first Atendiendo Chagas Network Conversations Series 2026, by Mundo Sano Foundation. The meeting is titled “¿Cómo pensamos a la enfermedad de Chagas desde sus manifestaciones clínicas?” (from Spanish, “how do we understand Chagas disease from the perspective of its clinical manifestations?”), and it will take place on August 19, at 7:00 PM (Buenos Aires time). This will be a space for learning and collaboration, featuring relevant experts in the field:
- Dra. Lívia Dorea Dantas Fennandes, Coordinator of the Esophageal Diseases Clinic and the Esophageal Motility Service at the Hospital Universitario Prof. Edgard Santos (UFBA) and the Hospital General Roberto Santos
- Dr. Bruno Edgargo Locoo, Chagas disease and heart failure section of the Hospital Interzonal General de Agudos “Eva Perón” of San Martín
- Dr. Guillermo Moscatelli, Parasitology and Chagas disease service of the Hospital de Niños Ricardo Gutiérrez
- Dr. Favio Crudo, Mundo Sano Fuundation
- Dr. Tomás Orduna, Mundo Sano Fuundation
The event will be held in Spanish. The coordination will be led by Dr. Favio Crudo, Clinical Physician, specialist in Infectology and Epidemiology, and member of the medical area of Fundación Mundo Sano; and Dr. Tomás Orduna, Tropical Infectious Physician, consultant of the Hospital Muñiz of Buenos Aires and member of the scientific committee of Fundación Mundo Sano.
